Neighborhood Medical Center is a medical office that offers a variety of services to a wide region. This office stands out as it is open seven days a week, has same-day appointments, and includes evening hours.
First, a partial rebrand was required based on the old brand. This meant keeping a similar logo to the red oval with white medical cross. I was part of the team that developed the new logo of a medical building with the medical cross inside. A lighter and friendlier blue was chosen to replace the original dark blue. Only the horizontal design was kept with new taglines.
Due to the vast amount of conditions that this office can serve, a new sitemap was developed. Main topics each had their own place in the navigation, while services or conditions related to those topics could be accessed on that page. These menu-style pages allowed for the quantity of information to be accessed more easily.
Overall, each page tends to have further information for the patient, inlcuding the topic, symptoms, treatment, and benefits of seeing a doctor at Neighborhood Medical Center.
Another task for copywriting included creating multiple pages for immigration physicals. These pages included accurate forms, customized graphics for prices, commonly asked questions, and updated information based on the requirements of the represented governments.
My final role was to develop medical blogs that included SEO keywords. These blogs were based on the social media posts that another team member completed.
